Since day one, responsible land management and sustainable practices have been at the core of our mission. We are committed to protecting resources that our beautiful landscape offers, and we’re always searching for new ways to conserve, amend and enhance our soils, replenish our lands and increase and conserve our water sources. Some of the projects we’ve completed in the past are key lining our pastures, creating wetland ponds, planting native seeds and trees, growing our own organic veggies, and raising grass-fed, grass-finished beef for our restaurant, Sweetwater Kitchen.
