From the very beginning, our mission has centered around responsible land management and sustainable practices. We are dedicated to safeguarding the precious resources provided by our stunning landscape, consistently exploring innovative methods to conserve, enrich, and enhance our soils, restore our lands, and manage our water sources effectively. Some of the projects we've successfully completed include key lining our pastures, establishing wetland ponds, planting native seeds and trees, cultivating our own organic vegetables, and raising grass-fed, grass-finished beef for our restaurant, Sweetwater Kitchen.
