The Broads are a force of nature when it comes to fighting for our public lands. This women led organization is all about preserving the wild lands for generations to come. It all started with a group of older women with a love of the outdoors, and has bloomed into a raging organization with over 8,500 supporters who all have the same common goal, to preserve and protect. With the values statement of “Wilderness and public lands are for everyone; they are the heritage of all and a gift to future generations. Wild places, once destroyed, may be gone forever.” These women are a force to be reckoned with.
